Electrician Apprenticeship Path
We believe in helping our team grow their skills and build a long-term career. Our apprenticeship path gives you hands-on experience, clear expectations, and steady progression.
Year One & Two
You’ll work closely with a licensed electrician, learning safety practices, basic wiring techniques, troubleshooting, and how we approach quality work on every job.
Year Three & Four
By this stage, apprentices should be able to work on their own with minor supervision. You’ll handle day-to-day tasks confidently, continue refining your skills, and prepare for full licensure.
